Elle se caractérise par la jeunesse de son personnel, sa proximité et son expérience dans la matière « Bois ».
Pas de main d’oeuvre détachée étrangère. Nous nous adaptons au tourisme local en embauchant certains collaborateurs pour la saison printemps-été et automne afin qu’ils puissent continuer leur travail en station l’hiver.
Si besoin, nous faisons appel à des sous-traitants, proches géographiquement et que nous connaissons bien.
Leur très bonne qualité de travail nous permet de travailler dans une ambiance de confiance.
